I must first apologize that I have not been able for some time to publish any content here beyond my weekly sermons, and I hope to have some other articles coming in the near future. Secondly, if you enjoy my weekly sermons, I am sorry to tell you there will not be one this week as I have taken this Sunday off in order to attend a wedding with my wife and have a little belated anniversary getaway for us. I did want to share something though and that something is a list of books.
“A list of books?” you might ask…yes you heard right, and the reason is I have been periodically asked by folk’s what books I read or what might be good books for them to read, so I thought I would share some of favorites from the last couple years. If you are a fan of fiction novels, I’m afraid you won’t find much in the genre here, although I hope to find and read some engaging fiction in the near future. So, without further ado, here you go:

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON:
“Bonhoeffer” by Eric Metaxas – Well written garbage, seek out a credible biography of Bonhoeffer if you’re interested in learning more about this brilliant Theologian and Minister.
Well that’s it for now, go support a local bookstore and happy reading! Maybe drop a comment or send a message of some of your favorite books you’ve read recently.
